Privacy Policy for Alyaman Alhayek Design

What I collect

I only collect what I need to answer you, send what you asked for, and run the Website.

• Contact form: Your name, email, and message, plus your phone number, company, and website if you choose to add them.
• 7 Ways form: Your name, email, website, and type of business, so I can review your site and email your 7 ways.
• Checkout: When you subscribe, your name, email, billing details, and payment information are collected by a third-party payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: Like most websites, the Website receives information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. I use Google Analytics to measure this.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

• Answer you: Reply to your messages and questions.
• Deliver what you asked for: Send your 7 ways, set up your subscription, and provide the services you pay for.
• Send occasional emails: If you request your 7 ways, I may also email you a useful tip now and then. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Improve the Website: Understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't working.
• Keep things secure: Block spam and abuse of the forms, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. It does not tell me who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and the Website will still work.

The Website does not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Who I share it with

I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run the Website and my business, and only so they can do that job:

• Hosting and forms: Cloudflare hosts the Website and processes form submissions.
• Email delivery: An email delivery service sends form messages to my inbox and sends my replies.
• Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits.
• Payments: A third-party payment processor handles checkout and billing.
• When the law requires it: I may share information if required by law, or to protect my rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

How long I keep it

I keep messages and form submissions as long as needed to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as you're a client and as long as needed for tax and legal records after that. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and I'll honor them. I respond to requests within 30 days.

The Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Security

The Website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to your information is limited to me and the services listed above. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

The Website is for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, I'll put a notice on the Website.
