Step 1: Your onboarding form and project board
Right after you subscribe, you fill out a short onboarding form (about 15 minutes). Within an hour you also get access to your private project board and a link to book your onboarding call.
Step 2: Onboarding call
We talk through your business, your goals, and who you want to reach.
Step 3: I research and build the plan
Offline, I dig into your current site, your competitors, and what people search for in your field. You get a clear plan for getting more people to your site.
Step 4: Your site goes live, about a month in
I design, write, and build, sending finished work every 1 to 2 business days. Most sites are live about a month after we start.
Step 5: Strategy call every 2 weeks
We review progress and traffic together and decide what comes next. Your project board stays open for new requests anytime.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Add as many requests as you'd like to your project board, and I'll complete them one by one.
Can I subscribe for just a month?
Yes. Stay for a month or a year; the choice is yours. Just know the 90-Day Performance Guarantee only applies if you stay subscribed for 3 months.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. Many clients come to me for a redesign of an existing site, and I keep what's already working for you in search. We decide together on the onboarding call.
How many websites does one subscription cover?
One website per subscription. If you run more than one site, each gets its own subscription.
What do I need to do?
Show up to a strategy call every 2 weeks and answer my questions about your business. I handle the writing, design, building, and SEO.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes, for free, for up to 6 months. Billing stops and the days left in your cycle are saved: pause 20 days into a 30-day cycle, and 10 days wait for you. Your site stays online, but monthly updates pause too. Pausing in your first 3 months ends the 90-Day Performance Guarantee.
